My Policies

policies are subject to change from time to time. Please stay updated all new, current and regular clients.

Bookings 

Please be proactive when responding to appointment reminders and sending deposits on time. you have 24 hours to send your deposit before your appointment is automatically canceled. Failure to respond to appointment reminders on multiple occasions will result in being banned from booking future appointments. 

 

Deposits 

Every time you book an appointment, a non refundable $40 booking fee is required, That will go towards your lash appointment. 

If you have to reschedule your appointment, you must do it at least 24-48 hours in advance. if at any point you have to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. 

 

There also will be a $20 inconvenience fee charged for last minute reschedules, cancellations, or no calls no shows.

Fill appointments that are scheduled in person after your lash appointment (the recommended time) Your deposit will be due when you receive a reminder confirmation text, prior to your appointment. I send text reminders for confirmation of your appointment and that is when your deposit will be required. If you do not place your deposit within 24 hrs after your notification, your appointment will be automatically canceled and count as a no call no show. 

Deposits transfers are only exceptable if its done at least 48 hrs in advance. The appointment also needs to be scheduled for the same month. anything past that is a automatic cancelation. you only get 1 deposit transfer per deposit before it counts as a cancelation. 

 

All deposits are taken either in person with cash, apple pay, or by cash app ($lytemily)

 

No calls no shows

When you no call no show you will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee and lose your deposit. when you receive a request to place your deposit you have 24 hrs to do so before your appointment is automatically canceled. if at any time you do not reply to any messages it will count as a no call no show and you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

Multiple no call no shows will be banned from booking again.

Rescheduling appointments

To reschedule an appointment you must do so 24-48 hrs prior to your appointment. Last minute reschedules will result in lost of deposit, $20 cancellation fee, and you must place a new deposit to reschedule.

 

while rescheduling your appointment you must already have a date and time in mind. if you do not, this would be considered a cancellation not a reschedule. Please read cancelation policy for more info.

Canceling appointments  

To cancel an appointment you must contact me at least 24-48 hours ahead of time. please do not contact the day of or last minute. Unless of emergencies. if at any point you have to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. 

canceling last minute or a no call no show will result in lost of deposit, cancellation fee,

and for no call - no shows you will be no longer eligible to rebook again.

Fees 

When ever you have any fee due you will have 24 hrs to pay your fee. Unpaid fees will result in cancellation of all future appointments.

 

You will not be allowed to book any appointments when you have an outstanding balance due.

If fees remained unpaid you will be banned from booking.

fill policy

Your lashes must have at least 40-50% of your lashes left for it to be considered a fill. Anything less than that is considered a full set. Your lashes should last you 2-3 weeks depending on the individual. Some people need fills sooner than others. Anything past 3 weeks is considered a full set. Eyelash extensions must be refilled at least once a month to maintain its longevity. 

Scheduling a fill appointment 

i always recommend to schedule your appointments ahead of time, preferably right after your appointment for a following fill appointment. that way you are sure to have your spot saved. 

 

It is the clients responsibility to schedule your refill appointments, not the lash artist. If I am booked or busy the extra wait for a fill is not an excuse to ignore fill policies and prices. You must book accordingly, ahead of time.

upon arrival 

Please arrive a couple mins before your appointment. Due to restrictions, you are asked to wait in your car upon arrival and text me you have arrived. when I am ready I will text you to enter. you must be at the door entering at your exact appointment time to be considered on time.  (unless I state otherwise) every minute late you will be docked. every minute counts.

late fee policy 

BEING LATE IS A BIG NO NO. When you are late you are shortening your appointment time, which will result in not the best service causing possible bad retention. we strive to give you the best possible experience which being late will interrupt. Due to back to back appointments late policies are in place.

 

you are not only paying for your service but my time. time is money.

 

I have a late policy in place, you get a 15 minute grace period. 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. Anything after 15 minutes is an automatic cancellation of your appointment. You will then be asked to reschedule, if you choose not to that is fine as well but you will also forfeit your deposit and be charged a last min cancellation fee. 

if you continue to have multiple late arrivals, you will be warned before no longer being able to book with us again. Please communicate when running behind. 

Problems after service?

NO REFUND POLICY

Any problems that may occur after your sets must be brought to my attention 24-48 hrs after your initial service. I do not under any circumstances offer refunds. Depending on the situation it will be assessed and evaluated to see what we can do to fix the situation. 

 

I strictly do not offer refunds because of my time and materials being used. If you are unhappy, we will find a solution for a fix which must be done within 24-48 hrs after your initial service. you get 1 free fix within 48 hrs anything after that will be charged a mini fill.

Leaving mid appt 

If you for some reason have to leave your appointment mid appointment and need to come back another day to finish you will be charged for the additional make up appointment. All appointments are booked for a specific amount of time choosing to cut your appointment short can effect the schedule, retention, and cause unhappy results. Please make sure you are booking properly for your personal schedule when booking an appointment.

 

Be prepared for your appointment

 

Make sure you book accordingly and have enough time for your appointment so there is no rushing.

 

No cellphones, phones must be on silence while at your appointment. Eye must be kept closed during application so no texting or asking me to read or answer phones.

No shoes, I ask shoes be taken off before getting on the bed. 

Come with CLEAN LASHES! lashes must be washed before your appointment. please no makeup on lashes! if I have to spend extra time on washing  lashes you will be charged a lash bath.

No Extra Guests! guests come with distractions for both the client and lash tech. Please no extra guest!

Be on time. And have correct payment ready at your appointment. Other payments that I do not except will be charged a $10 fee for inconvenience!

Consent Forms

Consent forms are to be filled out and signed by all my clients. once signed all following appointments will still be upheld with your consent form signed.

Policies are set in place to protect me and my business.

As a business owner I cannot allow exceptions to anyone. policies will apply to everyone.

 

All policies; late fees, last minute cancellations/reschedules fees are in place to protect my business.

with that being said, please respect my time and business.

For any reason you fail to follow any of my policies, you will no longer be able to book with me again. Consent forms will be signed at your first initial appointment stating you have read and understand all policies, which will apply to every other appointment from then on.
